Processing Time

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Pre-Orders

Please allow 2–3 weeks for all pre-order items to be processed and shipped.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped once all items are available. If you would like items shipped separately, please contact us before placing your order.


Track Your Order

You can track your order at any time using the “Track Order” tab located in our website sidebar.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive your shipping confirmation email.


Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
