Defective Items Only
If you receive an item that is defective, you must notify us within 36 hours to 3 days of delivery.
To report a defective item, please email us at support@kool-essentials.shop and include:

A clear photo of the defect

Once we receive your email, our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours.
If the defect claim is approved, we will contact you with next steps. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement item only.
Important Notes

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Items damaged due to normal wear, washing, or improper care are not considered defective.
